**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (5 years) in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on leading QA efforts for complex software projects.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Hands-on experience with automated checks of tests quality (Sonarqube etc)
- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices, including test planning, test case development, test automation and setting environments for tests
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the QA strategy, including test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to define quality standards, acceptance criteria, and testing timelines.
- Define and build prerequisites for tests (Mocks, seeds, etc)
- Identify and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance the QA process and ensure efficient testing.
- Perform hands-on testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, as needed.
- Coordinate and prioritize testing efforts based on project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Track and report on QA metrics, such as defect rates, test coverage, and test execution progress, to key stakeholders.
