**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator with accounts receivables/payables experience to join our team. As the Administrator, you will report directly to the Club Manager, and support the Accounting Manager while playing a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a great team player, proactive, resourceful, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to the Club Manager, and support the Accounting Manager and club departments in a thoughtful and supportive manner by:
- Monitoring the club calendar, scheduling meetings, and making event & member arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Club Manager.
- Accounts receivable tasks such as invoicing clients and processing payments, COD & credit cards processing, reconciling accounts.
- Utilize software such as Jonas club accounting software to maintain accurate reports, financial records, mailchimp communications, and memos while using Microsoft suite products such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams, Sharepoint, Jonas Club Software.
- Perform account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy of billing
- Run bank reconciliation and preparing for audit activities under the direction of the Club Manager.
- Manage the filing systems and organize documents.
- Greet visitors, follow sign in/ security requirements, and direct them to the appropriate person or department by appointment.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper and Administrator for a minimum of three years each, or similar role within an accounting and top end customer service background.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as JD Edwards, Jonas Club software, or other accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable & payables processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with account reconciliation and analysis techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
