Our organization is looking for a full-time Daycare Assistant as well as a casual daycare worker to fill in when necessary.
Salary will reflect experience, education and on-the-job performance. If you are dedicated, reliable, and great with children, you will be well compensated. You will be responsible for working with young children aged 18 months to 6 years in a nurturing environment that meets the educational and recreational needs of the children. We are looking for someone who is caring, creative, positive and flexible. The Daycare Assistant will be asked to lead a variety of activities indoors and outdoors, handle bathroom/changing duties, assistant in feeding the children, and daycare cleanup. We want the children to be happy and healthy, and hopefully learn along the way.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- day care: 1 year (preferred)
- daycare: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid, CPR, and Criminal Record Check (required)
