**Responsibilities**:

- Guide clients through the process of understanding their insurance products, making policy changes, and ensuring they are fully informed about their coverage options.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, characterized by mutual respect and a deep understanding of their individual needs and circumstances.
- Handle service issues with a solutions-oriented approach, aiming to resolve concerns at the first point of contact whenever possible.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery by providing feedback and suggestions based on client interactions and experiences.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications and transactions, ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay informed about the latest industry developments, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current information.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably within the sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address client needs effectively.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, with an empathetic and patient approach.
- General Insurance Licensing is preferred (Level 1 or Level 2), but not required at time of interview.
- Bilingualism (English/French).
