As a Retail Repair & Maintenance Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with trades, vendors, and service providers to manage and maintain Westland's growing branch netwrork and corporate offices across Canada.

**Why we’ll love You**:

- Creative and natural problem-solver with a strong attention to detail
- Expert time manager, with exceptional organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Proven software competency in MS Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suite
- 1-2 years of related experience in Repair & Maintenance
- Experience working with vendors and contractors
- Bonus Experience with Autocad software

**Once here, you'll**:

- Support branches across Canada with a focus on Eastern provinces for their repair and maintenance needs
- Coordinate, manage, and communicate with service partners to effectively resolve maintenance issues
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, store staff, and colleages
- Oversee and engage preventative maintenance programs (HVAC, Pest Control, Janitorial, etc.)
- Liase with internal teams on feasibility on branch requests to facilitate the implementation as required
