**About Us**:
Lecsa Specialty Snacks is a Canadian-owned company based in Niagara Falls, ON, offering a curated selection of international snacks, drinks, and candies. We work with suppliers and distributors worldwide - importing exciting products for our wholesale clients and specialty snack boxes. Our growing wholesale department is seeking a motivated team member to support purchasing and international logistics, with a strong focus on the International market.

**Position Overview**:
This position plays a key role in helping us source, import, and manage wholesale inventory from countries like **Brazil, the U.S., Europe, and Asia**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Wholesale & International Operations**
- Communicate with **international wholesale suppliers**.
- Research and source bulk products from global B2B platforms and supplier websites
- Negotiate pricing and handle **currency conversions** (CAD/BRL/USD/etc.)
- Place and manage large-volume orders with multiple vendors
- Coordinate shipping and freight logistics with international carriers
- Prepare and submit **import documentation**, including customs forms, invoices, and duties paperwork
- Liaise with Lecsa’s **Brazilian support team** for purchase tracking and follow-ups

**Internal Support**
- Monitor stock levels and prepare restocking reports for wholesale clients
- Maintain digital purchase records and shipment tracking data
- Assist with quality checks and product compliance standards
- Occasionally support packaging or fulfillment for large wholesale orders

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Fluent in Portuguese** (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of or familiarity with the **International food/snack market**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field** (preferred)
- Experience in purchasing, logistics, or wholesale coordination (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient in currency conversion and international vendor communication
- Strong written/verbal communication in English
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online systems, and supplier portals
- Able to lift up to 15 kg and work flexible hours, including some weekends if needed

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working with import brokers or customs clearance
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or B2B e-commerce operations
