**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Leadership/Team Member Development (25%)**
- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day operational activities providing leadership in areas of Team Member safety, quality, efficiency, and training
- Guides and leads Team Members with policy adherence and interpretation.
- Provide ongoing and timely coaching to direct reports related to performance and development
- Establish plan to support the development of Team members for current and future job responsibilities
- Create and deploy short and medium range plans and develop strategies to execute all scheduled and developmental training for Team Members

**Team Member Relations (25%)**
- Using Toyota communication strategy, maintain favorable working relationships with direct & indirect reports by actively seeking Team Member participation and input
- Create an inclusive work environment by supporting diversity & inclusiveness initiatives/activities.
- Partner with Operations Managers & Human Resources to effectively administer procedures to address Team member concerns.

**Planning & Implementation (20%)**
- Create and deploy short and medium range plans and develop strategies to improve building safety, quality, and efficiency
- Responsible for planning, evaluation, and oversight of kaizen and facility project activities.

**Customer Service/Quality/Operations (20%)**
- Promote a safe work environment by supporting Health & Safety initiatives.
- Analyze quality results, identify trends and create action plans to address areas of opportunity.

**Administration (10%)**
- Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of results including but not limited to volumes, hours, and incident reports
- Monitor and report on Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) performance to management daily
- Effectively communicating results and other information through daily huddles.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- High School Diploma required
- College or University Degree in specialized training or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 5 years related warehouse experience
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience is considered an asset
- Material Handling Equipment experience
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and administrative skills
- High degree of personal initiative
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and DC (Distribution Centre) operating systems (ERP/WMS - SAP) is preferred
- Proven ability to initiate & improve work processes to increase efficiencies
