**Responsibilities**:

- Canadian CPA designation with Public Accounting License or ability to quickly obtain the PAL.
- Independently plan and execute audit and review engagements for small to medium-sized clients with mínimal supervision.
- Public company audit experience and required knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
- Supervise and manage junior staff members.
- Thorough knowledge of ASPE, Generally Accepted Auditing and Review Standards.
- Experience in tax planning and compliance is a distinct advantage.
- Coordinating and managing workflow and deadlines in a busy assurance division with complex client groups.
- Managing file budgets, staff performance, and training.
- Interface with clients and help coordinate information flow.
- Attend management meetings and provide reports on the assurance division.
- Identify general value-added services while executing audit and review engagements.

**Skills**:

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective management, mentorship, training, and delegation skills.
- Superior customer service, with the ability to understand the clients' business and needs.
- Ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience working in a paperless environment is preferred.
- Strong technical skills in CaseWare, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Tax Prep, Excel and Word.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a Canadian Public Accounting practice.
- Minimum of 3 years in Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
