**Job Title**: Yard/Warehouse Associate

**Location**: Leathertown Lumber, Acton, ON, CA

**Compensation**:
$18 hourly to start

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Duties**:

- Assist with yard operations, including receiving and organizing incoming shipments.
- Coordinate outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring all products are properly stored and labeled and random counts.
- Help customers by picking and loading orders with care and efficiency.
- Operate cutting tools and equipment to fulfill custom order requirements. (Miter and Table saw)
- Ensure the yard and warehouse areas are safe, clean, and well-organized.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Completion of high school.
- Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or related role is preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in lumberyards is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in an outdoor environment.
- High level of integrity, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
