Xypex Chemical Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to work in our Manufacturing Plant. The principal objective of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate communication and data entry of all orders with Internal and External customers. This role will also support inventory control, logistics, shipping, production planning and maintenance.

Some of the duties will include:
Order entry of all Xypex customer orders and warehouse releases
- Answering phone call inquiries
- Communication with 3PL warehouses
- Communicate freight quotes
- Keep all customers informed of status of orders
- Communicate shipping and tracking information
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

The following skills and experience are needed:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years in a manufacturing environment with ERP experience (preferred Microsoft Business Central)
- 3 years with Shipping, Warehouse and Logistics experience
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Supervisory experience or Leadership potential would be an asset
- Maintenance experience would be an asset
