Form & Function has been serving amazing active patients since 2009 inside the Unionville Athletic Club located at the Hilton Suites. Our active population clientele is dedicated and friendly which makes your job so much easier during a busy day. And to top it off, we also provide perks such as Complimentary lunch and dinners, gym memberships Physiotherapy and Chiropractic care.

- Booking patients in and skillfully advising patients in our model of care
- Direct sales of over the counter braces, athletic gear, and supplements
- Manage billings through HCAI and Telus health (knowledge of this is an asset)
- Managing inventory and sales quota
- Follow up with clients and insurance companies on outstanding accounts
- Monitor client treatment plan progress
- Manage our recall system
- Keeping a close eye on revenue with the help of the clinic manager in order to make monthly budgets.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word as well as Gmail, social media, medical EMR programs (Jane app)
- Responsible, punctual, and customer service focused
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
