Accounting Manager

**Education**:Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

**Experience**:5 years experience or more

Salary will be negotiated based on experience.

Must have a valid Canadian work permit.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoice Management, Payroll
- A/R - Process customer payment
- Prepare AR overdue reports
- A/P - pay bills
- Maintain payroll Quickbooks file for all employees
- Biweekly payroll
- Payroll liabilities preparation
- Employer Health Tax payment processing
- HST monthly processing for two companies
- USA sales tax processing monthly
- Bank Compliance reporting monthly
- Monthly bill payments
- Fuel tax reporting submission
- Bank reconciliation for all accounts monthly
- Investment management
- Daily account monitoring
- Reconciliation of Quickbooks and invoices at month end
- Process customer credits when required
- T4 processing
- ROE processing
- Handle Service Canada queries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
