- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software Quick Books Online and Desktop
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, accounting procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to work independently and as a team member
