Based in the Burlington office, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for being the main point of contact for the Service Manager and Service Operations Supervisor as it relates to administration. A central resource who maintains clarity, frequency and accuracy in all that they do. Ensures systematic and conscientious customer service while acting as the main liaison between internal and external customers to ensure that all aspects of field service activities are scheduled, executed and completed in a timely manner. Provides timely and accurate reports for the service or sales teams.

**Role+Responsibilities
- Coordination and scheduling of all service activities
- Ensures technical details regarding a service call are received by the customer and are recorded
- Prepares and ships the appropriate tools and parts for the site visit
- Makes any necessary arrangements for the site visit and/or the technician
- Collaborates with Tools Manager for tools planning
- Ensures all invoicing is done accurately and in a timely manner
- Processing of orders for spare parts, tools and consumables
- Proactive follow up with customers regarding service calls
- Participation in service meetings as necessary
- Facilitates any training needed within the field service department
- Preparation of miscellaneous reports as needed or requested by the Service Manager or the Service Supervisor
- Follows all appropriate procedures are followed
- Ensures key stakeholders are informed
- Plays active role and abides to safety program and policies
- Proactively provides input on value added services, projects or tools
- Any other duties as assigned

**Qualification+Profile
- College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
- Must be fluently bilingual in English and French
- Minimum 3 years of coordination and/or scheduling experience required
- Intermediate computer processing skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with SAP is an asset
