**Proficiency in some of the following skills-sets is an asset**:

- Experience in water restoration or mould remediation (not required)
- Certified in high risk asbestos abatement with a valid permit (not required)

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in after hours on-call rotation
- Construct containment for asbestos and mould remediation
- Demolition and clean contaminated areas within controlled and safe environments
- Insulate and board as preparation for finisher

**Physical Aspects**
- Able to lift 75lb
- Must pass respirator fit test
- Able to work in containment with full PPE, including full face mask

**Specifics**

$21 to $24 per hour

Start date - 2 weeks

Full time Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, plus on-call rotation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- restoration: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
- High Risk Asbestos Certificate (preferred)
