**The Role**

As a **Customer Service Representative**, you’ll be the face of MICO. Your job is to make customers feel comfortable from the moment you first make contact, answer any questions they may have, and book their appointment day and time. Once they arrive fort their appointment you will assist them with uploading all necessary documentation and make them feel comfortable during the process.

If you’ve worked in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or other service industries, you already have the skills we’re looking for. This isn’t about knowing cars — it’s about making people feel welcome and taken care of.

**What you’ll do**:

- Respond to customers inquires and answer their questions
- Answer questions about our process in a clear, friendly way
- Book and confirm in-person appointments with our vehicle specialists
- Support the team with simple paperwork, vehicle walk arounds, and greeting customers
- Create a positive experience that encourages word-of-mouth referrals
