**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and train retail staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to enhance satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, including ordering and replenishing products
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment
- Perform cashier duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

**Skills**
- Strong background in hospitality to foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Proficient in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions
- Competent in computer operation for inventory management and sales tracking
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and management professionally
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships with clients
- Experience in cashiering to manage financial transactions accurately

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic retail environments and are eager to contribute to the success of the store while developing their leadership skills.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
