**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean living space.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Support clients in engaging in social activities and maintaining their independence.
- Work collaboratively with family members and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.

**Skills**
- Experience in senior care or home care settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques, especially for individuals with disabilities or those requiring hospice care.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for client mobility assistance.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Attention to detail in meal preparation and maintaining a clean environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Familiarity with assisted living facilities or nursing homes is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
