Scheduling Coordinator (term position)

Looking for a rewarding career with a bonus structure? We are looking for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to assist with supervising, assigning, and scheduling caregivers, as well as interacting with our clients, and their families.

Education
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent related experience
- 2-3 years Data entry experience required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supervising and maintaining client and caregiver schedules
- Manage and overseeing time off requests, sick time and shift adjustments
- Attend community events as assigned
- Ability to handle the confidential aspect of the position with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to organize workload
- Provide updates and notification to our Care Coordinator regarding any scheduling issues.

Skills and Abilities:

- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and use of computer
- Experience in healthcare would be an asset.
- Ability to work effectively and follow through on tasks to completion in a busy work environment with many distractions
- organizational and multitasking skills are a must
- High attention to detail
- Ability to foster strong relationships with both Clients and Caregivers

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:30 - 5:30 pm weekly

Paid On Call Rotation - Third week of each month

Training Compensation:
$18.00 Hourly

Monthly Bonus Incentives

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
