**Job Summary**
- The Sales Compensation Analyst is part of a dynamic team, chartered with providing mission critical support in the areas of sales compensation management and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the administration of the global sales compensation plan for 150+ team members.
- Assist with the configuration, testing, and administration of our commission software, including commission plans, employee status, territory and account assignment, crediting rules, compensation targets, quotas, and draw payments.
- Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to ensure accurate crediting of bookings to sales representatives and managers.
- Work with the Payroll team to process commission payments on time and accurately each month.
- Work with other members of the Sales Compensation Team to develop sales performance management reports.
- Research and resolve commission-related inquiries from the Sales team, such as system access issues, transaction crediting, and payment calculations.
- Create and distribute monthly stack ranking and attainment reporting

**Required Education, Experience & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Operations
- 1-3 years of hands-on sales compensation administration
- Experience using CallidusCloud or other enterprise incentive software solutions
- Advanced MS Excel skills - experience with pivot tables and complex formulas
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, pro-active, and have absolute integrity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Service-oriented and effective at building positive relationships, fostering trust, and resolving conflict
- Works effectively during periods of high pressure and tight deadlines

**Desired Education, Experience & Skills**:

- WorldatWork CSCP Certification
- Experience using Qlik (or similar BI tool)
