**Job Title**: Part-Time Coach for CrossFit, Weightlifting & Youth Athlete Development Classes

**Location**: Fuel Lethbridge

**Hours**: 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Part-Time)

**Job Type**: Part-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead group classes for CrossFit, weightlifting, and youth athlete development as schedule dictates.
- Provide individual coaching to athletes, ensuring proper form, technique, and progression.
- Ensure a safe and motivating environment for all athletes.
- Adapt training programs to meet the needs of athletes of various ages and skill levels.
- Engage with athletes and parents to provide feedback and track progress.
- Assist with facility maintenance and organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in CrossFit, weightlifting, or a related field (Preferred but not required).
- Experience coaching or training in CrossFit, weightlifting, or working with youth athletes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Passion for fitness and youth athlete development.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (Preferred but not required).
- Ability to pass a formal physical literacy interview to assess coaching philosophy, understanding of movement patterns, and approach to athlete development.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $19.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
