**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and secure financing for customers through established lender relationships
- Present and explain finance and insurance options to customers, detailing terms, benefits, and costs
- Promote and sell warranty packages, insurance products, and other value-added services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Ensure all sales, documentation, and processes comply with legal standards and dealership policies
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns regarding financing
- Train and support the sales team in promoting finance and insurance products effectively

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience as an F&I Manager within an automotive dealership, with Mazda or import brand experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in generating F&I revenue and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of finance options, insurance products, and warranty packages
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
- Proficient in finance and insurance software, CRM systems, and dealership management tools
- Valid OMVIC license required
