The Fleet Maintenance Administrator is responsible for supporting maintenance facility supervisors and technicians with creating service orders, **service planning**, document management and tracking, compliance, and maintaining filing systems. Direct communication and ongoing collaboration with the Maintenance and Field Services Operations teams is required. This role is a temporary 10-month position.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining, and validating compliance and maintenance tracking spreadsheets and reports
- Reviewing, establishing, and implementing fleet management policies and processes
- Formatting company documentation using branding standards and maintaining forms and templates.
- Ensuring maintenance technician timesheets are accurate and submitted on time
- Managing our internal vehicle monitoring system (vehicle GPS system)
- Being the system administrator for our online fleet maintenance software
- Creating service orders for internal repair and maintenance of equipment using Microsoft NAV (ERP)
- Validating, monitoring, and managing vehicle fuel for accuracy and inventory management
- Performing periodic audits on equipment to ensure they meet Lifting Solutions standards and fleet maintenance program requirements.
- Safety meeting presentation preparation and recording of minutes.
- Manage asset status change process.

Your Qualifications and Experience_**
- Completion of a post-secondary program focused on general business or office administration, or a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive
