AltaGas - Maintenance Management Coordinator

The Maintenance Management Coordinator is senior level role who is responsible supporting the development and leading the implementation of the maintenance work management processes, training, and sustainment of maintenance and supporting the turnaround activities related activities at Midstream field locations. This position supports AltaGas in optimizing its Midstream Operations with effective standardization of asset management and maintenance practices.

You will:

- Support the development, implementation, and sustainment of OMS Asset Management Program Frameworks - Asset Registry, Asset Care, Work Management, Inventory Management, and Performance Management
- Support with turnaround scope collection from maintenance supervisors across our different facilities.
- Onsite support and or execution of turnaround’s during a multi turnaround year.
- Working along side the turnaround coordinator to develop TAR plans and execution strategies.
- Develop maintenance strategies, perform criticality analysis and detailed job plans.
- Develop Equipment bill of materials and perform sparing analysis.
- Develop and Coordinate plant’s maintenance and reliability strategies and procedures.
- Provide technical support to the maintenance team to enhance preventive maintenance strategies and checks, along with predictive maintenance strategies and operation-based maintenance checks.
- Support standardization of Planning and Scheduling for regular maintenance and turnarounds
- Lead facility Criticality Assessments and PM Reviews to drive standardization and optimization of planned work.
- Represent field maintenance at centralized divisional level.
- Provide technical support to operations and engineering with respect to maintenance & Turnaround activities.
- Provide training as required on the EAM/CMMS (Maximo)
- Analyze and develop the continuous improvement process for all facilities maintenance initiatives.

You have:

- 12+ years of specialized maintenance management experience
- Specialized in depth experience with Enterprise Asset Management Systems, (Maximo) related to maintenance, planning & scheduling.
- Working knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance & Technologies.
- Must have Turnaround planning & execution experience.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects.
- Self-starter, operationally & commercially driven with the ability to integrate teams over multiple geographic areas.
- Has the ability to influence others to adopt a different point of view. Impacts the achievement of operations and maintenance objectives by setting the directions.
- Experience driving change across multiple sites.
- Lead others to solve complex problems, uses analytics tools to identify & implement innovative solutions.
