Bingemans is in the business of providing Grand Experiences.

Kitchen Supervisor reports to the Kitchen Manager and helps in overseeing the kitchen operations to maintain high quality of service.

**What will you be doing?**
- Responsible for carrying out and delegating tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
- Supports Kitchen Manager with planning staffing levels according to the daily operations of the business.
- Works alongside line cooks to ensure food is prepared consistently to specifications, in a timely and efficient manner, and that standard operating procedures, proper food handling techniques, and health and safety procedures are being followed on a consistent basis.
- Will help ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- The Kitchen Supervisor must have a complete working knowledge of BP menu, recipes, assembly and plating specifications.
- The organization and cleanliness of the HOH area will be a top priority of the kitchen supervisor and they will ensure that their checklists and cleaning schedules are being followed during and following their shift.
- The Kitchen Supervisor may be required to assist in the training and development of new employees.

**What We're Looking For?**
- 2-3 year’s kitchen experience (preferably supervisory experience in a high-volume service environment).
- Food Handler certification.
- Emergency First Aid/CPR is required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity, and a positive outlook.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under stress.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Will work varied hours, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and some lifting.
