Taxi Dispatcher

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily dispatch operations, including scheduling and routing of taxis.
- Utilize transportation management systems to track taxi movements and ensure timely delivery of trips.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, providers to address any issues or changes in schedules.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of trips, deliveries.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain professionalism while using multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with transportation.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills and the ability to multi tasking.
