Shopify Project Manager

**What we're looking for**
We are looking for a Project Manager, Shopify Expert, or Product Manager with at least three years of experience to join our team.

You are a Web Administrator well versed in Shopify, designing and developing, maintaining and troubleshooting websites. You thrive in IT space and have a keen interest in adopting cutting-edge technologies to business needs, and sorting out software issues.

This position will work closely within a cross-functional team and report to the Director of Delivery and Operations.

**About the Role**
- Manage daily operations for AspenClean, including content management, product set-up, promotions, Shopify Apps and analytics
- Leverage website analytics, research and other data sources to understand performance and customer interaction, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Troubleshoot order issues in collaboration with supply chain and customer service teams
- Review weekly ecommerce performance. Keep all reporting and tracking up to date
- Develop and execute SEO strategy, working in collaboration with external agencies as needed
- Collaborate with marketing and creative team members to build and execute campaigns and sales
- Participate in development and refinement of site UX and website capabilities in alignment with growth strategies. Responsibilities may include research, briefings, design review, QA and UAT
- Maintain documentation relevant to website operations and processes
- Own the customer review program, identifying actionable improvements
- Support digital marketing and channel expansion efforts
- Be an integral part of the Aspen Clean Team.

**Key Requirements**
- 3-5 years of eCommerce experience
- Previous experience using Shopify, or other ecommerce platforms on a daily basis
- Extensive experience briefing, reviewing and uploading website content and assets
- Understanding of key ecommerce KPIs and how to optimize for them
- Familiar with best practices for web content, conversion optimization, site hierarchy and organization, accessibility and site speed optimization
- Google analytics experience
- both analysis and set-up
- Experience with building and executing on SEO strategies
- Understanding of how to work with design and technical teams to build and operate websites
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Understanding of ecommerce supply chain and fulfilment
- Knowledgeable of UAT best practices
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Analytically driven, with proven success in translating data into insights and action
- You have strong communication skills and a track record of strong collaboration across teams
- Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing business conditions and priorities
