**more specifically, in your day-to-day work, you will**

  • Carry out some of the steps in our sales process, including initial contact with prospects in response to requests received via the website;
  • Schedule appointments for business development specialists;
  • Ensure quality follow-up with our customers and prospects to provide A1 customer service;
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to drive forward opportunities generated by digital channels, as well as ongoing projects;
  • Draft service offers and contracts and ensure their conformity (rigour is a must);
  • Support the business development team to keep the CRM up to date with our standards;
  • Represent Vooban occasionally at events (mainly in Quebec and Ontario, occasionally in the U. S. and Western Canada) and build a quality business network.

  • Approx. 3 years experience in a complex sector (ideally, in the field of AI or digital transformation);
  • BAC in a relevant field;
