We are currently seeking for an experienced and dedicated Lane Closure Technician to join our diverse team and play a vital role in maintaining safety and efficiency on roadways across Lower Mainland. As Lane Closure Technician, you will have the opportunity to contribute firsthand of creating safer environment for our community.

**Requirements**:

- BCCSA approved Traffic Control Person certification
- A minimum of 1 year of LCT experience in controlling traffic at a busy street
- BC Class 5 License and clean driver’s abstract
- Drug Test is required for this project
- Ability to effectively communicate with drivers and operators
- General construction site and flagging knowledge
- Personal transportation to commute to site

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up and providing traffic control specifications
- Assist in accessing and exiting work sites and reporting to questions
- Assist with set up and maintenance of project signage and barricades including daily barricade reports
- Protect workers by keeping work space free of traffic and warning them of approaching hazards
- Setting up and providing traffic control specifications
- Reviewing traffic management plans
- Training other site workers about traffic and equipment safety
- Performing other related duties as required

**Salary**:

- Traffic Control Person: $25.23 to $28.84 per hour (including 9.2% vacation pay, statutory pay and benefits) *Salary will be determine based on experience during the in-person interview*

Pay: $25.23-$28.84 per hour
