We specialize in high-quality saunas and outdoor wellness spaces, and often work on related carpentry projects: decks, fences, and trim work.

**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a hands-on **Lead Hand** to complete on-site builds. You’ll lead a small crew and help complete saunas, as well as occasional decks, fences, and finishing scopes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead sauna builds and other outdoor structures
- Read and follow plans and blueprints
- Guide and assist crew members
- Deliver Materials to site
- Keep the site safe, clean, and organized
- Communicate with clients and supervisors

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years in carpentry or construction
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Skilled in framing, trim, and outdoor work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Able to work in various weather conditions

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
