**Scope of Responsibilities**:
Cosmo Pro provides complete event AV solutions through sales and rentals in our retail store and provides on-site technical services deploying audio, video, lighting, staging and backline equipment for events of all kinds, from corporate meetings, to weddings, to large-scale outdoor festivals.

Further, as a member of our AV production team, you will deploy similar equipment in the field. This will expand your expertise by attaining working knowledge through preparing, setup & operation of audio, video, lighting, staging and backline equipment within the GTA and all across Ontario.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Sell, rent and deploy our products in-store, online and in the field.
- Achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction - through continual self-evaluation, analyzing successes and failures, and consistently serving customers at the highest level.
- Achieve an elevated level of customer loyalty and attract new customers - by enthusiastically assisting customers, displaying a genuine interest in meeting their needs, nurturing customer relationships, and continually building our reputation as a premier AV vendor.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational abilities; can prioritize and meet timelines in a busy environment.
- Works well on your own and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of audio systems basics, including microphones, mixers, speaker systems etc.
- Advanced knowledge of event lighting, video, and/or Behringer/Midas products is an asset.
- Exhibit superior interpersonal, customer relations skills, and has a positive attitude.
- Ability to anticipate situations and problem-solve independently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Customer service oriented - you like to work with people to help make their vision a reality.
- Events can happen anytime - availability to work when required, we strive for a balance of days, evenings, weekends and late hours.
