**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Teach French language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, while integrating cultural aspects of French-speaking countries.
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects that enhance literacy education and overall student development.
- Provide support for students with special needs, including those with autism or other disabilities, ensuring an inclusive classroom environment.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices and teaching strategies.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and any concerns.

**Experience**
- Background in early childhood education or preschool experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for diverse learners.
- Experience working with children in various capacities such as childcare, daycare, or private school settings.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.20-$22.12 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
