- Maintain a well-organized classroom environment conducive to learning.

**Skills**
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
- Proficiency in one or more languages such as Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, or French is highly desirable.
- Strong tutoring skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that capture students' interests.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education are crucial for success in this role.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain an effective learning environment.
