**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage Help Desk Queue
- Provides 1st and 2nd level support for requests and incidents, related to hardware and software, escalated from the Service Desk.
- Hardware supported includes but is not limited to; Desktops, Laptops, Workstations, Thin Clients, Docking Stations/Port Replicators, Peripherals, Printers, Print Servers, Scanners, Projectors, Fax Machines, Postage Machines, Blackberry/Cell Phone, Rocket Sticks, etc.
- Documents support activities and captures resolutions in ServiceNow
- Deploys hardware and software for locations supported according to individual request Project Management Support
- Internal Client Services & Interdepartmental
- Complete assigned tasks in project server to support internal client services or interdepartmental projects through the deployment of hardware and software. Day to Day Operations
- Builds/configures new PC images
- Manage stock inventory
- Ship and receive Computer devices
- Create and modify desktop and notebook images with Imaging Tools
- Track and maintain accurate equipment in Active Directory.
- Other duties are required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Technical\College combined with MCSA or MSCSE Certification.
- In depth expertise in Windows based technologies including Vista, Windows 7
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and Networking.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Bi-lingual in both French and English an asset
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment such as PCs, Monitors, and Printer
- Some travel to other Samuel sites
