Experience with the marketplace and accumulating knowledge for analyzing, developing, managing, and monitoring advertising campaigns across multiple search engines and marketplaces. You have a passion for E-Commerce and have the drive to optimize processes.

Position Overview: As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in the strategic growth of Elements Chairs' brand and products across multiple North American marketplaces. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be involved in various aspects of the retail strategy including assortment planning, pricing/promotion execution, program/event launches, and order-related operational efforts.
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the launch of Elements Chair's product assortment on marketplaces, ensuring product listings are listed/merchandized/optimized to drive awareness and conversion.

Support product transitions by ensuring a seamless retail experience from end-of-life products to new product introductions (NPIs).

Liaise with marketplaces to implement Elements Chairs promotions, ensuring deal tenet adoption, and adequate funding is provided to achieve required profitability outcomes.

Manage a catalog of web-only line extensions, partnering with cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive sales and meet profitability targets.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adequate inventory is available during key selling periods.

Collaborate with key stakeholders at our Global Headquarters (Brazil) to gather on-brand content required to create a rich customer experience on marketplace’s detail pages.

Assist in the creation of SEO content for all marketplaces product listing pages. Liaise with global agency partners to ensure content effectiveness is captured in translations for other marketplaces.

Compile and present weekly sales and inventory reports, sharing insights on account performance. Occasionally, present launch briefings and post-mortems to executive audiences.

Support Brand Registry, MAP, and grey-market seller enforcement.

Support special projects involved in shaping the future of those marketplaces platform at Elements Chairs.

Grow sales in the value-added B2B market (e.g., Office, furniture store, gaming store, online stores, big box stores) in addition to other potential new initiatives.

Prepare sale plans and quotation data reports on a weekly basis.

Build an extraordinary customer service experience

Shipping those chairs sold to delivering the promises you are making to customers.

Attend Trade shows building rapport with new and existing buyers in your territory and others on behalf of fellow colleagues. Travel to trade shows up to 6 times per year and 4-6 days each show depending on show’s operational needs.

Travel to visit key customers and territories when required.

Share your ideas by actively participating and fulfill required sales administrative duties (CRM) to support your role.

Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.

Represent Elements Chairs Ltd. in a professional manner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- SKILLS:
Microsoft Office, comfort with Excel/PowerPoint (and Google equivalents)

Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, and Amazon Advertising

Familiarity with Amazon business metrics

Experience with others marketplaces like Best Buy, Wayfair, Newegg, Walmart, etc

Strong written English in the context of supporting SEO content creation
- COMPETENCIES:
Post-secondary or equivalent education in business, office administration, information technology, or marketing.

Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytic platforms an asset.

Must have strong attention to detail.

Must have a working knowledge in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is an asset.

Must have a strong ability to analyze and interpret data and make decisions based on the results.

Must be fluent in English and have strong verbal and written communication skills to complete job duties.

Highly motivated and have the ability to work independently.

Ability to work at both levels, sales and operations.

Results oriented, deal maker, problem solver.

Being fluent in Portuguese will be an asset but not required.
