Blüm Childcare Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate **Level 2 Educator** to join our modern, licensed childcare facility in **West Hillhurst**. As a Blüm Educator, you’ll play a key role in creating a calm, responsive, and engaging environment where children can thrive. You’ll support students’ holistic development through intentional programming, meaningful relationships, and respectful guidance.

**Core Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Alberta Government-issued **Level 2 Certification**:

- Current Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check (issued within the last 8 weeks)
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification from an AHS-approved provider

**Responsibilities**:

- Support curriculum implementation that aligns with children's developmental needs
- Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment through active supervision and positive guidance
- Collaborate with families to support students' learning journeys
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, development, and behaviour
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
- Engage in ongoing professional growth and training opportunities
