**As an Office Services Clerk [Temporary] your responsibilities will include**:
- Providing support and assistance with the GT billing software and standardized billing processes for clients
- Helping with preparation and organization of T1’s for clients
- Organizing, preparing and packing up office equipment and files for upcoming office move
- Providing back-up reception coverage each day in a professional work environment and assisting clients, staff, guests and vendors with general inquiries
- Assisting in general office duties as required
**This role is a full-time, 7-8 month Temporary role.**
