We are a technical services and solutions provider specializing in telecommunications infrastructure. Our team delivers high-quality network deployment projects across Western Canada, supporting carriers and enterprise clients with end-to-end execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications projects (cellular radio commissioning, fiber optic splicing and placing, MXU and outside plant builds).
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage subcontractors, internal crews, and vendors to meet project deliverables.
- Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Conduct site visits across Alberta as required for project oversight and client engagement.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.
- Develop detailed project plans using tools such as Microsoft Project, TFS, or Jira to track progress and manage resources.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to project management methodologies including Kanban and Scrum.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience managing telecommunications projects, ideally with clients such as **Telus, Rogers, Ledcor, AFL**, or similar organizations.
- Strong technical knowledge of cellular radio commissioning and fiber optic networks (splicing, placing, MXU, and outside plant).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage subcontractors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
