Records Management Officer

We are happy to say that we are looking for an experienced** Records **Management** Officer **to join our team at** Prima Corp. Ventures**
**Reporting to**:Asset Manager
**Job Type**:Full time 1-2 months contract with possible extension based on business needs
**Hours**: 8:30am - 4:30 pm PST
**Address**:Suite 300 - 960 Quayside Drive New Westminster, BC, V3M 6G2
**Pay**:$20-25 per Hour (negotiable based on experience)
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Archiving, cataloguing, sorting, labeling and creating brief summary of files/books
- Managing storage and retrieval of all on-site and off-site files.
- Maintaining records database, and conducting searches as required.
- Producing labels for physical files.
- Utilizing company-approved standards to close files.

**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience working in file management.
- Towards completion or completion of a post-secondary degree in Records and Information Management, Business, Commerce or Finance.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate
- Solid organizational and task-oriented skills
- Able to deal professionally with private and confidential information.
