**Tenure Information**

**Position Details**
- Reporting to Dr. Leung, the Graduate Assistant (Research) will support a study on cross sector collaboration of services for youth with complex mental healthcare needs. The study will engage with stakeholders of healthcare, education, children (social) services, and policing to co-create a “made-in
- Alberta” plan for collaborative and coordination of services across sectors. This
- _qualitative study_ will be guided by the interpretive description approach to address complex experiential questions while producing practical outcomes.**Qualifications/Expertise**- The successful applicant will need to have the ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment and must be able to work successfully within a specified timeframe. The ability to share information in an effective and collaborative manner is required. Proven capabilities to self-motivate, take initiatives on, and have the ability to be resourceful, self-directed and creative.**Applied Experience**
- Interpersonal (communication) skills;
- Organization skills as well as attention to detail;
- Writing skills;
- Conducting interviews and focus groups;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independent;
- Uphold the strongest ethical and privacy standards.

**Tasks and Duties**
- Organize meetings (event planning or organizing),
- Communicate with stakeholders,
- Interact with the public, community members,
- Facilitate focus groups/interviewees,
- Transcription of recordings,
- Data cleaning, management, and analysis (as needed),
- Note taking and record keeping of tasks/meeting,
- Assist with writing information material (e.g. summaries, reports).

**Rate of Pay**
- $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Hours of work will vary per week depending on tasks needed to fulfil project.
