**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean and restore contents affected by fire, water, and mould damage.
- Conduct detailed assessments of damaged contents to determine the most effective restoration methods.
- Perform pack-outs and pack-backs with care and accuracy.
- Create and manage detailed contents inventories using Contents Track software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations.
- Adhere to safety procedures and industry best practices at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and processes followed.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in the restoration industry, specifically fire restoration, water damage restoration, and mould remediation.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in restoration work.
- Strong knowledge of specialized cleaning techniques for a variety of materials including têxtiles, wood, metals, and electronics.
- Familiarity with construction practices related to restoration.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure quality outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with clients and team members.
