**THE ROLE**

As the **Growth Marketer**, you will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing channels. You’ll create a digital marketing strategy that includes segmented, targeted & automated campaigns for every stage of the client journey. From cold outreach & lead nurturing to account & customer marketing. We are looking for a smart, capable & creative marketer that can build on experience and manage all of our digital marketing automation. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- You’ll create scalable end-to-end campaigns with marketing automation & bring new content ideas to bring in new clients and nurture existing ones.
- You’ll build and run the digital marketing architecture for use case & solution based messaging for each stage of the buyer’s journey.
- You’ll work closely with the client experience stakeholders.
- You’ll organize and manage campaigns, lists and contact properties to ensure the client’s journey is clearly identified and nurtured through every stage of the funnel.
- You’ll develop a digital marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- You’ll identify gaps, threats, and opportunities and act on them.

**WHAT YOU CAN BRING**
- You have strong analytical and organizational skills and have a solid working knowledge of marketing and website tools.
- You love coming up with creative new marketing ideas to build and scale our efforts.
- You see marketing possibilities in emerging technologies and trends.
- You love data and have strong technical skills.
- You are creative and have experience copywriting, doing basic design and SEO knowledge.
- You keep brand and messaging at the forefront at all times.

**EXTRAS WE’D VALUE TOO**
- Knowledge of Hubspot
- Experience with social media, paid ads, Google Analytics and SEO tools.
- Experience with intent data and ABM tools.
