We are hiring a QA Assistant, this role will assist the HACCP Coordinator and the FSQA Quality Assurance Manager and report to the FSQA Quality Assurance Manager.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Yearly Internal Audit Review for BRC
- Verifying HACCP documents & binders
- Training Food Safe for new employees and revising SOP’s, Prerequisites and Form 10’s
- Training Yearly Hygiene
- Monthly on sites
- Keep training Matrix up to date.
- Yearly GMP testing
- Gather paperwork for customer complaints, metal contamination and shelf life
- Monitoring floor production minimum 2 ½ hours per day.
- Coordinate and review HACCP program for the SJ Fine Foods Bay at the Food Centre (Saskatchewan Food Industry Development Centre Inc.)
- Label verification
- Reviews Vulnerability Risk Assessment Program
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the food industry
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to multitask.
- HACCP Food safety program
- BRC Internal Auditing Program
- Proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking)
