Spa Attendant

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms.
- Provide information about spa services and products to guests, promoting upselling opportunities.
- Assist with cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing transactions accurately.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate guests on various spa offerings.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Support the sales team by actively participating in promotional events and technology sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Skills in sales, cashiering, and basic math are highly desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with product demos and technology sales can be beneficial for this role.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 35 per week
