**What you'll be doing**:
New Projects:

- Submit Project Requirements to appropriate teams across the organization;
- Follow-up on progress of all moving pieces;
- Validate and approve projects for launch;

Implement Marketing strategies:

- Come up with creative strategies to test all elements as part of the site (ad traffic, marketing messages, calls-to-actions, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, etc.) to increase member acquisition, retention and optimize revenue;
- Work closely with the designer team and the integration team for the proper implementation of the tests;
- Optimize site/page performance to increase clicks and conversions;
- Monitor live tests to make sure everything works as intended;

Analysis:

- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies & return of its ROI;
- Analyzing traffic sources, metrics, and patterns on all web properties;
- Report on the progress of conversion optimization on a weekly and monthly basis through the delivery of key performance indicator reports and conversion test logs;

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must haves**:

- Degree in Business/Marketing with
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with A/B testing and digital marketing campaign optimization, including advertising, User Experience, and landing page optimization
- Understanding of basic website design and development and work closely with Designer and developer to optimize the websites
- Comfortable with all types of content (website will primarily have straight content but we also have gay and trans videos)
- Creativity
- Organized person able to manage with multiple tasks at the same time
- Excellent ability in presenting and interpreting data

**Nice to haves**:

- Experience in a scrum and sprint environment would be considered as an asset
