Apparel Production Coordinator
- Follow-up with vendors to ensuring development & production samples are executed correctly and timely
- Communicate daily with overseas offices and vendors to track development and production statuses
- Production approvals, and vendor shipping confirmation for prompt delivery
- Communicate with vendors/factories to ensure tech packs, production sample delivery, development items, shipping documents, and cost sheets are completed accurately and on-time
- Review development items with Supervisor before sending items to vendors
- Coordinate with customer for comments on samples sent to ensure on time delivery
- Quality control: verify garment quality, stitching, measurements and verify all styling details

Responsabilités Principales
- Effectuer un suivi auprès des fournisseurs pour garantir que les échantillons de développement et de production sont exécutés correctement et en temps opportun.
- Communiquer quotidiennement avec les bureaux et les fournisseurs à l'étranger pour suivre les statuts de développement et de production.
- Approbations de production et confirmation d'expédition du fournisseur pour une livraison rapide
- Communiquer avec les fournisseurs/usines pour garantir que les packs techniques, la livraison des échantillons de production, les éléments de développement, les documents d'expédition et les fiches de coûts sont complétés avec précision et à temps.
- Examiner les éléments de développement avec le superviseur avant d'envoyer les éléments aux fournisseurs.
- Contrôle Qualité : vérifiez la qualité du vêtement, les coutures, les mesures et vérifiez tous les détails de style.
- Coordonner avec le client les commentaires sur les échantillons envoyés afin d'assurer une livraison à temps

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
