We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced **Manufacturing Supervisor** to join our team at the **Bradford Facility**. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is committed to safety, quality, and team development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support production staff to achieve daily manufacturing targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with training, coaching, and performance management of team members
- Coordinate shift schedules, manpower allocation, and workflow planning
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain efficient production flow
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and uphold product quality

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role
- Solid understanding of production processes and safety practices
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Ability to work off-shifts as required
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
