**This Opportunity**

This position will be based in our Toronto office. Reporting to the CFO and working closely the North American accounting team, the Accounts Receivable & Collections individual will be responsible the credit and collections process for our North American Studios and working closely with our project managers to maintain relationships with our clients. You will have a strong attention to detail with good communication skills and a desire to learn the business and contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Project Managers and Project Accountants to improve the AR collections
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and work closely with the CFO and the Global Controller, providing updates and reports.
- Reconcile customer accounts where required, provide monthly statements and supporting documentation to clients as required.

**Position Requirements**
- Completed postsecondary education in Accounting/Business or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections
- Industry experience in a professional service firm strongly preferred (AEC industry considered an asset)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly detail oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
