Prairie Boy is a small, organic artisan bread bakery doing retail and wholesale bread. We make high hydration, long fermented 100% organic sourdough breads. We are seeking a great person join on our bread team at a senior level. Baking, mixing and shaping experience required. We are looking for someone with good people skills, passion for great food, and a fun personality. Late night and early morning are part of the job. Fair wages and benefits. If you are passionate, driven, organized and a morning person, we’d love to hear from you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
