Job Description: Production Planning / Order Execution

As a Production Planning and Order Execution Specialist at Rotech Pumps & Systems Inc Canada, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of production orders to meet customer demands. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Production Planning**: Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products.

2. **Order Execution**: Coordinate with production teams to prioritize and schedule work orders, ensuring adherence to production timelines and quality standards.

3. **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, and collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.

4. **Process Optimization**: Continuously evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize resource utilization.

5. **Communication and Coordination**: Serve as a liaison between sales, production, procurement, and logistics departments to facilitate smooth information flow and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the production process.

6. **Quality Assurance**: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer specifications, and address any quality issues in a timely manner.

7. **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate production records, generate reports on production performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics, and provide regular updates to management on production status and potential bottlenecks.

8. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to production planning, order execution, and inventory management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and order execution, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment. **New Graduates Can also apply.**
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems, with experience in production planning software preferred.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
